to help us maintain our 20-year
accident-free record of safety :)

Firefighters from the
Gangnam Fire Station Training Center
gave us a thorough explanation
of CPR concepts and proper technique.
The Surgery Team, CS Team, GBD Team, Management Team, and N.E.W.S Team —
along with our medical directors —
all attended without exception.
Now that the theory portion is complete,
it's time for hands-on practice!
We split into pairs
and ran through everything we had just learned.
First, check for consciousness and breathing,
then call out to bystanders for help.
Then CPR
must begin immediately.
With everyone jumping in enthusiastically —
not a single person sitting it out —
we feel all the more reassured!
Under the firefighter's
detailed guidance,
I gave it everything I had too!
20 years accident-free.
