Partial Incision Eye Correction + Medial Epicanthoplasty
Teenage patient with weak eyelid strength and a constricted inner corner underwent partial incision eye correction and medial epicanthoplasty, achieving fresh, defined eyes at one month post-op.

* Basic Information
· Age group: Teenage female
· Eyelid opening strength: Moderately weak
· Skin thickness: Moderate
· Skin drooping: Approximately 2–3 mm
· Inner canthal fold: Constricted and pointed.
· Main concerns: Eyes appear sleepy and constricted.
* Consultation
1. When marking the double eyelid line with a probe, there is minimal skin drooping and the desired shape comes through nicely. Since eyelid opening strength is slightly weak, we can create the crease with non-incision eye correction.
2. The slightly puffy appearance of the upper eyelid can be improved with fat removal.
* Treatment Plan

* Post-Operative Progress
A very fresh and defined eye shape has been achieved. :)
