Monolid Ptosis Correction + Mango Epicanthoplasty
A woman in her 20s underwent non-incision ptosis correction and Mango epicanthoplasty for a sharper, natural monolid look with improved symmetry at 3 months post-op.

· Skin drooping: 2–3 mm

* Consultation
· The patient preferred a monolid appearance over a prominent double eyelid line.
· There is noticeable left-right asymmetry (the left eye appears smaller, doesn't it?). We explained that surgery can improve the asymmetry to some degree, but complete correction has its limits.
· The inner and outer corner releases were planned conservatively to avoid an overdone result.

Does it look like a sharper, more defined eye contour while still maintaining a natural monolid feel? The asymmetry hasn't been completely resolved, but the difference is noticeably reduced compared to before. The eyes that once looked heavy and dull now appear larger, and the overall look has become much more refined. :)
