Under-Eye Fat Repositioning + Micro Fat Grafting

· Age group: Woman in her 30s

· Under-eye fat: Slight puffiness

· Skin condition: Minimal skin sagging, but the under-eye area appears dull

· Main concern: 'My under-eye area looks dull and lifeless. My flat under-eye area makes my face look longer.'

· She actually has a very small, slender, and lovely face — but the dull under-eye skin is understandably a concern.

· Since she is in her 30s and skin laxity is not significant, skin excision is not necessary at this stage.

· By approaching through the conjunctiva (the red tissue on the inner side of the eye) to avoid any external scarring, we can reposition the slightly puffy fat and combine it with micro fat grafting — this should noticeably brighten the skin tone.

· When the under-eye area and front cheeks are flat, the face can appear longer than it actually is, so we will add volume to the front cheeks as well. :)
